This policy applies to all studio accounts using AskJed.ai ("JED"), operated by Zingerlabs Private Limited (CIN: U72900KA2016PTC093725).
JED uses a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits in advance and credits are deducted only when JED takes an action on your behalf — such as qualifying a lead, sending a hot-lead alert, or dispatching a follow-up message. Credits are not deducted for conversations that do not result in a qualifying action.
50 free credits are issued to every new studio account upon sign-up.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits have been purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, regardless of whether they have been used.
This applies to all top-up amounts and all credit packages.
Purchased credits do not expire. You may use them at any time while your account remains active. There is no pressure to use credits within a fixed period.
You may close your JED studio account at any time by contacting us at hello@askjed.ai. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitment periods.
Upon account closure:
If you believe a credit deduction occurred in error, contact us at hello@askjed.ai within 14 days of the transaction. We will review your credit activity log and respond within 5 business days. Where we confirm an error on our part, we will restore the affected credits to your account.
In the event of a verified service outage that prevents JED from operating for an extended period, we reserve the right to issue credit adjustments at our discretion. We do not guarantee specific uptime but will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability.
